At I-Magik, every custom piece is made with time, care, and detailed craftsmanship. Because our realistic animal head masks, paws, bodysuits, tails, and costume pieces are custom-made around your reference images, measurements, design details, and creative vision, our refund and returns policy is different from standard ready-to-ship online products.

Please read this policy carefully before confirming your custom order.

Custom Animal Mask & Costume Commissions

50% Deposit to Begin Production

Before we begin creating your custom piece, a 50% deposit of the total quoted price must be paid.

This deposit reserves your production slot and allows us to begin sourcing materials, planning the structure, matching faux fur, confirming design details, and starting the initial work for your project.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Once the 50% deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable. This is because custom materials, faux fur, design preparation, pattern work, and production time are arranged specifically for your order.

Since each piece is made for one customer and one custom design, it cannot be resold as a standard product.

Final Balance

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before your custom piece is shipped.

We will send final photos before shipping so you can review the completed piece. Once the final balance is paid, your order will be prepared for shipment.

If the final balance is not completed, the custom piece will not be released or shipped, and the original deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order after paying the 50% deposit, no refund will be issued.

If significant work has already begun, or if special materials have already been purchased for your project, we may not be able to make major changes without an additional fee.

Please make sure all details, reference images, colors, size information, and custom requests are correct before production begins.

Custom-Made Items

Because our realistic animal heads, masks, paws, bodysuits, tails, and custom costume pieces are made to order, they are not eligible for standard returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the confirmed design details.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Realistic animal head masks
Custom faux fur animal heads
Paws
Tails
Bodysuits
Wearable costume pieces
Custom animal accessories
Reference-based custom designs

For hygiene reasons, wearable custom items cannot be returned once they have been worn, tried on, used, or altered.

Pre-Made Items & Accessories

If we offer pre-made items or ready-to-ship accessories, they may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Returns are not accepted for worn or used wearable items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we may issue a refund for the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If stock allows, we may offer an exchange for pre-made items returned in new condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, including packaging photos if the item was damaged during shipping.

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

A repair service
Replacement parts
Partial refund
Replacement
Full refund, only when appropriate

Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Custom production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the order, material availability, and destination country.

Production Timeline

Most custom projects require several weeks to complete after the deposit is paid and all design details are confirmed.

Estimated production time will be provided with your quote. Complex designs, full sets, detailed markings, special faux fur matching, or large wearable pieces may require additional time.
